7. Can you negotiate price revisions on behalf of the buyer?

Yes.
If we detect any mismatch between promised quality and actual goods, we immediately inform the buyer and support full evidence-based negotiation. If requested, we can negotiate directly on the buyer’s behalf.

8. Do you provide weekend or urgent inspections?

Yes.
Weekend and urgent inspections are available (extra fee applies).

9. How much do inspections cost?

Our inspection services start from €75.
